5 Week Beginner Series
This Beginner’s Series introduces you to postural foundation and alignment. You’ll learn the fundamentals of vinyasa as each session sequentially demystifies the practice. You will learn how to breathe fully and feel more comfortable and confident in your yoga practice. This is a perfect series for absolute beginners and anyone who would like a foundational approach to yoga. The class moves at a slower pace with a combination of holding basic postures and flowing through postures. The series sets you up to move towards the Level 1/2 classes.
