Erica’s classes are the perfect balance of intelligence and creativity. She puts together amazing flow classes that are incredibly fun but also show her expertise for skillful, anatomically appropriate sequences. She commands a room with both grace and power so you leave her classes feeling exactly that, graceful and powerful, both physically and mentally. I had both the pleasure of attending her classes as well as employing her at Devotion Yoga in Hoboken New Jersey. The studio would not have been the same without Erica’s presence.
I am currently in the process of opening a new meditation, yoga and sound healing space, called Urban Souls. I am hoping that we will have Erica’s energy in the studio as often as possible!
