All cancellations must be made in writing to Erica Arce Yoga, LLC and are subject to per person penalties as follows: Cancellations made on July 1-September 1, 2018, all monies received from the participant less the $500 booking deposit. Cancellations that occur September 2, 2018-March 30, 2019, no refund. No refund is granted for any reason if participant does not show up or leaves early for any reason. Late Payments: Late payments may receive a five-day courtesy grace period. If a payment is made five days past its due date, a 5% late fee is added to the payment. Erica Arce Yoga, LLC, reserves the right to cancel reservations upon which timely payments have not been made. Insurance: Erica Arce Yoga, LLC strongly recommends that you purchase Travel Insurance for your trip. Assumption of Risk: Erica Arce Yoga, LLC is dedicated to ensuring the safety of all participants, however all participants must assume the risk inherent in travel and retreats including those from weather, yoga, wildlife and force majeure. Health: The participant confirms that he/she has no physical conditions or medical precautions that would adversely affect his/her ability to take part in the yoga program or other physical/cultural activities offered. The participant fully understands that his/her participation in the yoga program or other activities could be injurious to his/her health. The participant voluntarily assumes all risk related to these activities and releases Erica Arce Yoga, LLC and affiliates from liability, accident, personal injury, illness, emotional damage, incurred travel expenses, or property damage he/she may incur as a result of he/she traveling and staying at this retreat.
